These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or books a service with Pest Hero (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a visit, you agree to them.
1. Our services
We provide residential and commercial pest inspection, treatment and prevention in Austin, Texas and the surrounding area. Every visit starts with an inspection, and we confirm the treatment plan and price with you before any work begins.
2. Quotes and prices
Prices on this site are starting prices per visit. Your final price depends on the size of the property, the pest and how far the problem has spread. Written quotes are valid for 30 days.
3. Booking, rescheduling and cancelling
Bookings are confirmed by email or text message.
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $45 call-out fee.
4. Preparing for a treatment
Before your visit we send preparation steps, such as clearing cupboards or keeping pets out of treated rooms. Results depend on these steps being followed.
5. Our guarantee
If the treated pest returns within the guarantee period on your service plan, we come back and re-treat at no extra cost. The guarantee does not cover new infestations caused by structural damage, major renovations or untreated neighboring properties.
6. Payment
Payment is due when each visit is completed. Recurring plans are billed monthly or quarterly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
7. Liability
We use registered products and follow their label directions. We are not responsible for damage caused by pests before our visit, or for losses that result from preparation or safety instructions not being followed.

9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
