Mice & Rats

Mice and roof rats move indoors when nights turn cold. A gap the size of a dime is enough for a mouse.

Signs to look for

  • Scratching in walls or the attic at night.

  • Droppings along walls, in pantries and under sinks.

  • Gnawed food packaging, wiring or insulation.

Why it matters

Rodents contaminate food, spread disease and chew through electrical wiring, which is a fire risk. A pair of mice can become dozens within a few months.

How to keep them out

  • Seal gaps around pipes, vents and garage doors with steel wool or metal mesh.

  • Store food, birdseed and pet food in sealed containers.

  • Trim tree branches back from the roof.

How we treat them

We find every entry point, trap and humanely relocate the rodents, then seal the gaps so they can’t come back.
